I was listening to Cara Mia Addio (Classical/opera-like; Portal 2 OST) while driving to pick up my niece from school. One of the people who assist the child took the liberty to take my niece to the car and when she opened the door the classical music with Ellen’s voice just boomed out and the assistant laughed so hard.
It was weird music.
My family thinks it’s weird.
I mean, really.
Nobody my age listens to those kinds of music HERE. NOBODY.
*Embarrassed*
But at the end of the day, it’s all good.
I love Portal 2.
I went to Starbucks Taft yesterday with a friend, but it was only for a little bit cause she had to leave. She left me at Starbucks alone.
I was okay with that.
I always hang out at cafes (cheaper ones :/) and I don’t mind.
Until the cashier dude started giving out free taste (new product). When he reached me I pretended I didn’t know why he was there and I pretended I didn’t see him coming. (I don’t know why I did that) He smiled at me and I smiled at him and kinda went, “hmm?” and then he awkwardly looked at my drink and I looked at it too and I looked back at him and he looked back at me and we both smiled but I guess my face showed something like,
and he literally, I MEAN LITERALLY, SLOWLY TURNED AWAY and then walked on to the next customer WITHOUT THAT FREE TASTE.
